Everything runs in your browser using pdf-lib — a JavaScript PDF engine that reads, copies, and writes pages without ever sending your file to a server. That makes the extraction both faster (no upload wait) and private (no copies left elsewhere).
Unlike a split tool, which breaks a PDF into many files, the extractor produces one focused PDF in the page order you specify — useful when sending a single signed page from a long contract, pulling specific exhibits from a discovery bundle, or building a condensed reading copy from a 200-page report. The work stays on your device, the output is unwatermarked, and there's no signup or daily file cap.
How to extract PDF pages (5 steps)
- Drop your PDF. Drag and drop the PDF, or click Choose PDF. The tool reads it locally and shows the page count.
- Type the pages you want. Enter ranges like '1-3, 5, 7-10'. Order matters — pages appear in the output in the order you list them.
- Verify the count. The tool shows how many pages will be in the new PDF as you type.
- Extract. Click 'Extract pages'. The new PDF is built locally — your file is never uploaded.
