Use the rotator to fix portrait photos that came out sideways, re-orient scans, prepare images for print, or rotate a logo by an arbitrary angle for a design mockup. Output is PNG (lossless, keeps transparency) or JPG (smaller, white background, quality slider). The canvas resizes automatically so a 45° rotation never clips the corners — the result is always the full rotated image.
How to rotate an image (5 steps)
- Drop your images. Drag JPG, PNG, or WebP files into the drop zone, or click to browse multiple files at once.
- Pick rotation. Choose a preset (90°, 180°, 270°) or type a custom angle. Positive values rotate clockwise.
- Choose output format. PNG keeps transparency and is lossless. JPG produces smaller files but adds a white background and a quality slider.

Rotating by 90°, 180°, or 270° to PNG output is fully lossless. Arbitrary angles introduce a single resampling pass — typically invisible. JPG output applies one pass of lossy encoding on top.

JPG doesn't support transparency. When you rotate by an angle that isn't a multiple of 90°, the corners would be transparent — JPG fills them with white. Pick PNG output to keep transparency.
